Abdul spent his career leading people and running operations before he ever advised anyone on how to do it. He understands how a business actually works because he has stood inside one, managing the daily reality of it, not just studying it from the outside.
The Story
Operations experience, not operations theory.
Before founding Kunateh Impact, Abdul led people and managed daily operations directly, developing managers, improving performance, and overseeing complex, multi-location operations where the plan and the reality on the ground were not always the same thing.
His background spans restaurant operations, retail, and multi-site leadership, as well as enterprise technology and transformation work. Those settings look different on the surface, but the operating principles underneath them repeat: the same questions about people, accountability, process and execution show up whether the business serves customers across a counter or across a region. That is the lens Abdul brings to every business he works with, regardless of industry.
Founding Kunateh Impact was a direct extension of that experience. Having lived the operational pressure that owner-led businesses face, Abdul built Kunateh Impact to help business owners create clarity, strengthen accountability, build effective systems, and achieve sustainable growth, using the same operating discipline he relied on when the business was his responsibility to run.
